Healing The Beautiful Goddess

We must strengthen ourselves on every level to take care of the job before us.We are the nurturers, the healers, the peacemakers, the mothers of the earth. We have neglected our own health and wellbeing for a very long time. The time is now to evaluate what we need to be happier and healthier women.

In the women’s liberation movement 30+ years ago, some of us burned our bras and fought hard and long for the right to be treated as equals in the business world. It appears that some of us have gone from one part of the spectrum to the extreme opposite; from feeling inadequate, weak and scared little girls to becoming extremely independent super women women now dress like men, act like men and still competing with men.

Many women have worked competitively for so long, that they’ve lost siight of their femininity , qualities that differentiates us from the male species: softness, gentleness, self-expression, nurturing and dsensitivity. Some companies dictate how women should dress- jewelry, make-up, clothing- to control individuality and creativity. Research reveals that women  now experience the same diseases as men, heart disease, strokes ,  burn-out and workaholism.

“Why hope to live a long life if we’re only going to fill it with self-absorption, body maintenance, and image repair? When we die, do we want people to exclaim, ‘She looked ten years younger,’ or do we want them to say, ‘She lived a great life!’ ” (Author Unknown).

We need to take care of ourselves so we have the energy and passion to take care of others. We have broad shoulders and can handle big challenges.

We’ll coach and encourage you to live a health-conscious life, rich with loving people, health-conscious activities and experiences. Within each of you, is a free-spirited, beautiful, insightful, intuitive, compassionate, inspiring, self-expressed, bright, creative, nurturing Goddess.

Princess Diana said, “I like to be a free spirit. Some don’t like that, but that’s the way I am”

She was quite an inspiration to women around the globe!! We hope to inspire you to live your life as a free spirit, to be who you want to be, to have what you want to have and do what you want to do. We trust that you will find exactly what you’re looking for on these pages and links, to embrace who you are and who you are yet to become.

The stunning characteristics of this lone Hibiscus pictured above, can be compared to the stunning characteristics of a WOMAN. Alive, vibrant, fresh, beautiful, available in different sizes, colors and shapes, colorful, free spirited, appreciated, admired, strong, resilient, bold, sensitive, unconditionally loving, inspring, crisp, sharp, fragrant, confident, assertive, worthy, weathers the storms, creative and courageous.

Women are nurturers and we forget that we need time to nurture ourselves . We need time to laugh and play and share feelings and experiences with other women. We need to make time to schedule our facials and massages , our manicures and pedicures and to train ourselves to allow others to pamper us. We need to remember to take egular breaks, getaways from work, commitments and stress.

Women are multitasking 24/7-  some working full-time in careers, while simultaneously working as mothers/wives taking care of their children and partners, are daughters taking care of aging parents/spouses, are nurses keeping families well, are housekeepers cleaning and doing laundry, are cooks providing nutrition for their families, as chauffeurs taking children/partners to their extracurricular activities.

“I am Mother; Life Bringer; Nourisher; Leader; Provider; Healer; Warrior; Shape Shifter; Sage; Goddess and Prophesier

I am the wellspring for any and all that thirst or need fed. I fill my cup from an inexhaustible source;
I am love and comfort; I am patience and truth; I am encouragement and strength; I am Faith and give you my cup to slake your thirst.”  by Marianne Goldweber

The oceans have challenged us with tsunamis, the earth’s ground shakes and quakes in  parts of the world where people are suffering, extreme rainstorms, hurricanes and typhoons are responsbile for devastating floods and mass destruction of cities, fires rage and threaten our homes and our lives.

Planet earth is suffering and self-destructing and it’s time for feminine energy to heal the earth. First, let’s take care of ourselves, our bodies, minds and spirits. Remembering to be kind, caring and nurturing to ourselves, can we pass it forward.

Women have the power to bring healing, hope and change  into  relationships and from there, we can change the energy of the planet.

To accomplish this, we need to take on the challenge of taking care of ourselves and teaching our families  to make healthy food choices, to think healthy thoughts, to resolve and forgive the past,  to exercise daily, to sleep 6-8hrs, drink clean, pure water, reduce chemicals in the air we breathe, the foods we eat and drink, and the products we use, to drive cleaner cars and to reduce energy consumption.

Peace and health on the planet is possible when each woman commits to her own personal peace and health.

In every corner of the world, there is frustration, unrest, violence, sadness and fear. Angry kids are killing their peers,  extreme religious groups are killing  others who don’t think and pray their way, children are hungry and women are being abused and persecuted.

Women in touch with their power as healers and protectors, are making a difference in their communities. Girls, ladies, young women and elders are stepping up to the plate exercising their wisdom and strength to help our planet become whole again. We can make a difference and transform the negative energy pervading the planet, transform it into health and wellbeing.

Planet earth is suffering and self-destructing and it’s time for feminine energy to heal the earth. First, let’s take care of ourselves, our bodies, minds and spirits. Remembering to be kind, caring and nurturing to ourselves, can we pass it forward.
