SULIS, THE GODDESS OF WELLNESS
The ancient British revered SULIS, (soo’lis) the Goddess of Wellness and erected a shrine in her honor at the spa in Bath, England. The waters were said to be miraculous in their ability to heal.
I include SULIS on this page to remind all women of their relationship to their inner Goddess of Wellness, representing light, health, and wholeness.
SULIS has come to tell you that it is time, in this season of your life, o embrace your health and wellbeing..
This site is dedicated to all the courageous, wild and wonderful women around the world, whose passion, wisdom and compassion will change the planet for all of us. We will address significant areas of your life to empower this website will encourage you to remember SULIS on your journey to , energize and awaken your spirit. . Studies show that those who adopt a healthy lifestyle do live a longer life. Giving and receiving love and affection, eating consciously, engaging in fun, daily physical activity, making a commitment to positive thinking and attitudes, being of service to others, tackling exciting projects that make your heart sing and push you beyond your limits, having supportive, nurturing relationships and rewarding career and hobbies increase longevity.

The Stunning Characteristics of a FLOWER as compared to the stunning characteristics of a WOMAN
Alive, vibrant, fresh, beautiful, available in different sizes, colors and shapes, colorful, free spirited, appreciated, admired, strong, resilient, bold, sensitive, unconditionally loving, inspring, crisp, sharp, fragrant, confident, assertive, worthy, weathers the storms, creative and courageous.
Women are nurturers and we forget that we need time to nurture ourselves . We need time to laugh and play and share feelings and experiences with other women. We need to make time to schedule our facials and massages , our manicures and pedicures and to train ourselves to allow others to pamper us. We need to remember to take egular breaks, getaways from work, commitments and stress.
Part of my vision for this site is to make available scheduled retreats, healthy vacations throughout the U.S. and abroad so we can rest, rejuvenate and play.
Women are multitasking 24/7- some working full-time in careers, while simultaneously working as mothers/wives taking care of their children and partners, are daughters taking care of aging parents/spouses, are nurses keeping families well, are housekeepers cleaning and doing laundry, are cooks providing nutrition for their families, as chauffeurs taking children/partners to their extracurricular activities.

The oceans have challenged us with tsunamis, the earth’s ground shakes and quakes in parts of the world where people are suffering, extreme rainstorms, hurricanes and typhoons are responsbile for devastating floods and mass destruction of cities, fires rage and threaten our homes and our lives.
Planet earth is suffering and self-destructing and it’s time for feminine energy to heal the earth. First, let’s take care of ourselves, our bodies, minds and spirits. Remembering to be kind, caring and nurturing to ourselves, can we pass it forward.
Women have the power to bring healing, hope and change into relationships and from there, we can change the energy of the planet. To accomplish this, we need to take on the challenge of taking care of ourselves and teaching our families to make healthy food choices, to think healthy thoughts, to resolve and forgive the past, to exercise daily, to sleep 6-8hrs, drink clean, pure water, reduce chemicals in the air we breathe, the foods we eat and drink, and the products we use, to drive cleaner cars and to reduce energy consumption.
